We are seeking an experienced educator to fill the role of Instructional Coach.
This position is a key component of our Teaching and Learning Support Team, responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating research-based instructional strategies that enhance student achievement.
- The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to drive professional growth, utilizing data teams, classroom walk-throughs, peer observation, and action research.
- Prior experience teaching reading at the Elementary level is required, as well as a degree relevant to the teaching subject.
- A Reading Specialist (K-5) certification is also necessary for this role.
