A Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer role at a premier fitness company in Kuwait is available for enthusiastic and skilled professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and committed to creating an inspiring and motivating environment for clients.

  • Maintaining the highest standard of coaching as outlined in the Coaches Manual is essential.
  • Candidates are expected to coach a minimum of three classes a day, with four classes being the target.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in performing fitness sessions and one-to-one personal training sessions is required.
  • Providing quality service to existing and potential members/clients is a key responsibility.
  • The station environment must be safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
Requirements:

We seek a highly motivated fitness group class coach with personal training experience who embodies professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. The selected coach will lead engaging and effective group fitness classes.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a fitness group class coach and personal trainer.
  • Recognized personal training qualifications or fitness certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong knowledge of group fitness instruction and personal training principles.
  • Ability to create and lead engaging, safe, and effective group fitness classes.
  • Excellent communication skills to motivate, educate, and inspire clients in a group setting.
