Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Helpdesk Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meeting arrangements, porter and cleaner assignments, and addressing any service delivery concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating Meetings: Arrange for meeting spaces, notify stakeholders, and ensure timely arrangements.
  • Supporting Service Delivery: Collaborate with Housekeeping Team Leaders to address concerns and issues raised by employees, patients, or visitors.
  • Maintaining Records: Accurately record requests and confirmations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Calendar Management: Review and manage the NMH Auditorium Calendar to confirm event occurrences and make necessary arrangements.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and maintain accurate records.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with Housekeeping Team Leaders and other departments.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and effective service delivery.
