Drilling Operations Manager

We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in deep drilling land rig operations to join our team as Drilling Operations Managers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and operating 2500HP and above land rigs during night shifts.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling all operational functions of the rig while on tour, ensuring the safety of personnel and operations by adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating drilling activities, including well control and maintenance, monitoring and managing the rig crew to ensure efficient and effective operations, conducting regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks, and collaborating with other rig personnel to optimize drilling performance.
  • The ideal candidate will also maintain accurate records and reports of all rig activities, participate in emergency response procedures and drills as needed, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
