  • This position is responsible for overseeing the supply chain department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Management of Supply Chain Functions: The role involves managing various supply chain functions including receiving, processing, storing, issuing, and inventory management.
  2. Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and quality control measures to guarantee efficient operations and high-quality outcomes.
  3. Talent Management: Supervise personnel performance, provide guidance, training, and counseling as required.
  4. Operational Excellence: Develop and implement standard operating procedures, optimize workflows, and identify areas for process improvements.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Supervisory Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in supply chain or related activities.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
    • Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role.
    • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant software.
    • Knowledge of Army Regulations: Deep understanding of Army Supply Regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, AR 740-26, DA PAM 708-2).
    • Logistical Support Operations: Comprehensive knowledge of logistical support operations.
    • Effective Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
