About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team in Linden. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing procurement, inventory control, supplier coordination, and optimizing logistics processes to ensure efficient end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement activities and manage supplier relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, warehousing, sales) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
