Role Summary
The Manager - Telesales Campaign is responsible for managing inbound and outbound Telesales activities and retention programs. The main objective is to build and lead a high-performing Telesales team that achieves the highest revenue contribution at the lowest cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement efficient sales strategies
- Define and ensure high sales and performance standards
- Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and workflow with internal staff
- Apply monitoring tools to ensure high-quality calls and customer experiences
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-sell, up-sell, proactive retention, and CLM campaigns
- Execute digital Sales with Marcom and Segment teams
- Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities
People Management Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper recruiting, training, and coaching of new and existing tele-sales representatives
- Implement rewarding programs for best performers in sales and quality
- Prepare and set Monthly targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in Sales and Call center
