Job Description

Role Summary

The Manager - Telesales Campaign is responsible for managing inbound and outbound Telesales activities and retention programs. The main objective is to build and lead a high-performing Telesales team that achieves the highest revenue contribution at the lowest cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement efficient sales strategies
  • Define and ensure high sales and performance standards
  • Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and workflow with internal staff
  • Apply monitoring tools to ensure high-quality calls and customer experiences

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-sell, up-sell, proactive retention, and CLM campaigns
  • Execute digital Sales with Marcom and Segment teams
  • Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities

People Management Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper recruiting, training, and coaching of new and existing tele-sales representatives
  • Implement rewarding programs for best performers in sales and quality
  • Prepare and set Monthly targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in Sales and Call center
