Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our digital infrastructure. This includes procuring, maintaining, and disposing of hardware and software assets in accordance with company policies and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including tracking details such as serial numbers, warranty information, and location.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Procurement: Assist in the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring cost-effective purchases aligned with business needs.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports on IT asset status, vendor performance, and budget adherence for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT asset management, vendor management, or procurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
