Job Responsibilities

The Retail Management Specialist will oversee daily operations at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L's boutique store in Kuwait.

  • This role requires expertise in managing store operations, payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving, alterations, and facilities management.
Duties
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including personnel practices, security, inventory management, sales, and record-keeping.
  • Coach and manage associates on operations tasks, POS procedures, return procedures, alteration requests, safety, and security procedures.
  • Assist in supervising, staffing, and scheduling the workforce, focusing on cashiers, security, receiving, and maintenance areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of receiving, transfers, damages, and RTVs to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure sufficient security measures and facility compliance with safety codes and ordinances.
  • Regularly conduct inventory cycle counts as instructed.
  • Coordinate store-central distribution communication and inventory control.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports and records to ensure policy adherence.
  • Evaluate and improve back-of-house operations for efficiency.
  • Oversee store security, opening/closing procedures, and staff compliance.
  • Aid in recruiting and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Verify accurate completion of new hire, benefit enrollment, and employee change forms.
  • Support staffing, payroll management, and associate scheduling, adhering to payroll regulations.
  • Solve issues impacting store performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and motivate team members to do the same.
  • Make informed decisions in collaboration with management to optimize store operations.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of retail store management experience with a strong operations focus.
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes, and complete required duties.
  • Commitment to adhering to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Flexibility to travel when necessary.
