We are seeking an experienced Market Insurance Strategist to join our Life department, Group Life Unit in our Kuwait branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the group life insurance market, building relationships with prospective clients and brokers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base and increase market share in the group life segment.
  • Product Presentation: Present product options, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients, highlighting how group life policies can support their employee benefits programs.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in Group Life Insurance, with the last three years in a similar managerial position in the intended country.
