**Job Summary:**

A highly skilled Senior Accountant is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions, including auditing AP, GL, AR, Asset, and MAC Journal entries in Oracle.

The role involves supporting financial accounting activities, assisting with new developments, resolving issues in Oracle Financials, auditing and finalizing GL reconciliations, and ensuring the smooth execution of month-end closing activities.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Audit reconciliation statements & reports to ensure compliance with stipulated timeframes and accuracy norms. Prepare trial balances.
  2. Conduct monthly & yearly stock valuation audits.
  3. Audit intercompany transactions.
  4. Provide all financial information & reports to external auditors for year-end financial report closure.
  5. Audit & execute payroll processing using data shared by the HR team.
  6. Audit journal entries for AP, GL, Asset, & MAC modules in Oracle.
  7. Finalize GIT charges & COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
  8. Process contractual payments and audit related transactions.
  9. Perform month-end review & audit transactions from all Oracle modules.
  10. Verify supplier claims and process outstanding payments.
  11. Monitor management credit card expenses.
  12. Audit insurance policies & claims.
  13. Maintain the GL Chart of Accounts.
  14. Audit AP supplier master data.
  15. Verify month-end transactions from all sources, including MAC.
  16. Ensure efficient month-end closing processes and resolve related financial issues.
  17. Verify & audit month-end journal entries.
  18. Perform any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor.
