About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Engineering Manager, leading a distributed team responsible for MLOps/Analytics portfolio management.

  • Participate in conference presentations and workshops to showcase expertise and thought leadership.
  • Foster open communication channels, encouraging feedback and suggestions from team members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team's efforts in developing and implementing MLOps solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production workflows, promoting efficient deployment.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to support ML model deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance team efficiency and productivity, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for MLOps processes and procedures, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Presentation and communication of team accomplishments and challenges to stakeholders, promoting visibility and awareness.
