We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multidiscipline engineering teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. A strong background in Design and Engineering, HSE, Construction, and Project Control is essential, as well as a good understanding of international codes, standards, health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, and process safety requirements.
Responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, preparing and monitoring project budgets, building workflow templates, and identifying potential areas for cost and schedule optimization. A sound working knowledge of project management tools, design engineering, and analytical techniques/software is also required.
Qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Sc Engg/BE/B.Tech) in a relevant Engineering discipline (Chemical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical/Civil) from a recognized university, with a minimum of 19 years' experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized university, and Certification: CSP, NEBOSH, or CEP for HSE discipline.
Requirements:
