**Job Title:** Senior Architect Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead our architectural team.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership role that requires exceptional people skills, creative input, and technical knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and designing concepts, leading projects, and mentoring junior architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and implement design concepts that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Mentor and guide junior architects to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect or in a related field
  • Excellent people skills to work with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent creative input to develop and design concepts
  • Good technical knowledge and ability to develop accurate technical drawings
  • Good knowledge of materials, techniques, and innovations related to architecture and design
  • Experience in interior design is a plus
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Autonomous, accurate, and organized candidates
  • Good writing and communication skills in English and Arabic language
  • Revit knowledge is expected
