Marketing Analytics Leadership Role

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced marketing analytics professional to lead our growth engineering team and drive commercial success through data-driven insights.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, management experience, and technical expertise in marketing technology and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase.
  • Design, implement, and operate our marketing technology stack, including multiple martech applications.
  • Own reporting and analytics throughout the customer lifecycle from ABM to customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data solutions that address Go To Market problems.
  • Drive experimentation culture by supporting the business with processes, tooling, and expertise.
  • Ensure data cleanliness and completeness through data governance policies and management practices.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid evidence of managing projects that drive commercial success.
  • Knowledge in advanced marketing analytics, coding/scripting languages, and databases.
  • Exceptional management experience, leading analytical and creative professionals to excellence.
  • A track record of building a culture of experimentation across the organisation.
  • Advanced web analytics and SEO practices across website and SAAS products.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions to turn strategic business questions into impactful analytic projects.
