Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, advising on, and administering all activities related to contracts for works and services associated with oil and gas facilities projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of contractual terms, conditions, and commercial law, as well as deep understanding of procurement and contract administration processes from bidding to close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-award activities:
  • Handle bid invitation preparation, bidder queries, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract drafting, and award formalities.
  • Post-award activities:
  • Oversee kick-off meetings, contract submittals, variations, claims, and project close-out.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Arts.
  • Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent professional qualification with post-graduation experience.
