Job Summary:

The Kay and Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tool Inventory Specialist to support the KAF at AAJB, Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Calibration/Tool Control/IMRL Program in accordance with the KAMP procedures.
  • Inventories, stores, and distributes hand tools, test equipment, and IMRL gear.
  • Retains a master inventory of all KAF F/A-18 tools, test sets, and IMRL gear.
  • Tracks the distribution of tools and users in a database system.
  • Maintains tool functionality, calibration specifications, and safe condition by performing frequent inspections of tools and equipment for wear, defects, or damage.
  • Coordinates calibration of tools and test equipment.
  • Orders new tools and equipment as required under the KAMP Tool Control Program through the KAF Supply system.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of tools and their uses.
  • High School Diploma is required.
  • Must be able to use and operate PCs with database and spreadsheet software, accurately input data, and be capable of operating in an automated supply environment.
  • US Government or Contractor Tool Attendant experience is preferred but not required.
