As a key member of our team at Kay and Associates, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the KAF at AAJB, Kuwait. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the Calibration/Tool Control/IMRL Program in accordance with the KAMP procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will be responsible for inventorying, storing, and distributing hand tools, test equipment, and IMRL equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  2. A crucial aspect of this role is maintaining a master inventory of all KAF F/A-18 tools, test sets, and IMRL gear.
  3. You will track the distribution of tools and users in a database system, ensuring accurate records and efficient tracking.
  4. Frequent inspections of tools and equipment will be conducted to identify wear, defects, or damage, and necessary actions will be taken to maintain their functionality, calibration specifications, and safe condition.
  5. Critical coordination skills are required to schedule the calibration of tools and test equipment.
  6. Additionally, you will order new tools and equipment as required under the KAMP Tool Control Program through the KAF Supply system.

Requirements:

  1. You must have working knowledge of tools and their uses, acquired through experience or training.
  2. A High School Diploma is a minimum requirement for this position.
  3. You should be proficient in using PCs with database and spreadsheet software, accurately inputting data, and capable of operating in an automated supply environment.
  4. While not mandatory, prior experience as a US Government or Contractor Tool Attendant would be advantageous but is not a requirement.
  5. No security clearance is required for this role.
