Strategic Project Manager Leader

We seek a seasoned professional to enhance our project management capabilities and support the successful execution of high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Governance: Lead the establishment and enforcement of project governance, ensuring adherence to policies and methodologies.
  2. Best Practices: Drive the development of project management best practices across the organization to enhance project delivery effectiveness.
  3. Project Oversight: Oversee and monitor key project performance, providing strategic guidance to project managers and teams.
  4. Alignment: Collaborate with senior management to align project outcomes with strategic goals and priorities.
  5. Status Reporting: Facilitate timely project status reporting and communication regarding project risks and issues.
  6. Performance Assessments: Conduct in-depth assessments of project performance and provide recommendations for improvement opportunities.
  7. Mentorship: Mentor and coach project managers and team members to enhance their project management capabilities.
  8. PMO Operations: Organize and lead PMO meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree is highly desirable.
  2. Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
  3. Methodology Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and relevant tools.
  4. Critical Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  5. Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  6. Certifications: Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, and/or Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
