Cost Estimation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled cost estimation expert to join our team.

This role will play a key part in delivering projects and creating value for clients across various sectors.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cost estimation and analysis, with a strong understanding of complex project takeoffs, estimates, and quality assurance processes.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement estimating procedures, validate and verify estimates, and identify areas for process improvement.

You will also be responsible for training, developing, and maintaining a staff of estimators qualified to carry out departmental and project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate material takeoffs on complex projects
  • Review and check mathematical and technical accuracy of takeoffs
  • Develop procedures for estimate preparation and validation
  • Supervise and review work produced by estimating personnel
  • Interface directly with clients and lead a small estimating organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Proven track record in cost estimation and analysis
  • Strong understanding of complex project takeoffs, estimates, and quality assurance processes
