Job Summary

This role plays a vital part in supporting the mission of global engineering, facilities, sustainment, and maintenance of intelligence systems. The successful candidate will analyze and optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient delivery of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze phases of provisioning, spares, or maintenance activities for one or more programs to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Conduct inventory, distribution, and network studies to monitor inventory levels and develop strategies for timely delivery.
  3. Collect and process data to develop supply chain reports and metrics for management, enabling informed decision-making.
  4. Identify and develop cost-effective procedures to streamline logistics operations and recommend process improvements.
  5. Maintain knowledge of shipping, receiving, storing, issuing, and stock control procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  6. Establish and maintain accurate stock and inventory records to facilitate effective management of supplies and equipment.
  7. Verify received quantities against documentation to prevent discrepancies and manage incoming supplies and equipment efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A relevant associate's degree or equivalent military logistics experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
  • U.S. citizenship and Final Top-Secret Clearance (Tier 5) eligibility for SCI access per ICD 704, as well as some roles requiring a Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph for access to TDN2.
