The Role: Project Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project execution from inception to completion, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 15+ years in Wastewater Treatment Plant Design / Supervision on at least 2-4 wastewater projects. A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage project complexities.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
