To efficiently manage and execute the project lifecycle from ideation to fruition whilst keeping within the boundaries of scope, time, and cost.

Assist on another project with your specific know-how within the Dairy Domain.

In my job, I am accountable for:
  1. Conducting the technical feasibility for the project and facilitating the financial feasibility.
  2. Defining project tasks and resource requirements.
  3. Developing, maintaining, and abiding by the project plans and timelines.
  4. Creating detailed process and instrumentation diagrams, engineering drawings, and layouts in accordance with the specific process requirements.
  5. Creating and reviewing contractual documents; tender documents, contractual submittals, and other documents.
  6. Reviewing project specifications, quotations, tender documents, and project-related submittals.
  7. Performing fieldwork necessary to gather data and site requirements needed to define the project deliverables and technical requirements & specifications.
  8. Performing and verifying engineering calculations as required.
  9. Defining all project stakeholders and managing them effectively.
  10. Preparing and managing the project budget.
  11. Managing project procurement.
  12. Managing project resource allocation.
  13. Monitoring and reporting project progress on a timely basis.
  14. Defining the project risk register and managing the same throughout the project lifecycle.
  15. Managing changes within the project by means of effective change management.
  16. Supporting external projects within the domain of my specialization.
  17. Supporting the competency development of my team.
  18. Complying with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations and working practices of KDD and the State of Kuwait when carrying out duties.
  19. Executing management directives as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Age: 30-45 years
  2. Languages: Fluency in English is a must.
  3. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant domain, PMP Certification, Member of KSE is a plus.
  4. Professional background: Skills include P&ID creation and modification, a deep understanding of dairy technology and processing, experience with leading dairy equipment manufacturers (e.g., Tetra Pak, GEA) is preferred, proficient in working with MS Office programs, and proficient in working with MS Project.
  5. Professional experience: 15 years' FMCG experience, including 10 years specifically in dairy equipment design engineering or dairy project management.
