About the Role:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and overseeing mechanical systems and equipment in high-stakes environments. Your expertise will help us develop innovative solutions to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency of mechanical systems.

Your responsibilities will include developing cost-effective solutions, conducting inspections, quality control, and submittal reviews beyond the expertise of construction managers. Additionally, you will prepare detailed construction drawings, cost estimates, and technical reports for project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, 4+ years of experience in mechanical design, including HVAC loads, duct routing, and plumbing systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2012 or later) is also essential.

Key Tasks:
  • Design & Planning: Develop innovative solutions to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency of mechanical systems.
  • Engineering Expertise: Provide mechanical design services, including HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and plumbing system design.
  • Project Oversight: Conduct inspections, quality control, and submittal reviews beyond the expertise of construction managers.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings, cost estimates, and technical reports for project execution.
  • Contract Support: Develop Statements of Work (SOW), evaluate bids, and serve as a technical representative during negotiations.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensure preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in mechanical design, including HVAC loads, duct routing, and plumbing systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2012 or later)
