Sales Leadership Role

About the Position

This is a sales leadership role that involves building and maintaining relationships with key partners across Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of sales strategies, lead teams, and ensure excellent service delivery, profitability, and achievement of student enrollment and profit goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute country sales and account plans with stakeholders to meet enrollment targets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for program inquiries, providing prompt responses to maximize leads.
  • Represent the organization at exhibitions and recruitment events.
  • Manage a partner network, ensuring adherence to service level agreements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity to increase market awareness and analysis.
  • Identify growth opportunities and manage account plans actively.
  • Align with the company's mission, vision, and values, translating them into actionable goals.
  • Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in B2B or channel sales, fluency in English and Arabic, and a background in international student recruitment. Knowledge of international education systems and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com are also advantageous.

You should be results-oriented with a strong sales drive, commercially savvy with a proven track record, and positive, highly motivated, and culturally sensitive. Additionally, you should be flexible with working hours and adaptable to change, with professional maturity and enthusiasm.
