
Aesthetic Sales Professional

Job Description- Promote Sales: Identify opportunities and gain new business while maintaining existing relationships.
- Implement Company Strategies: Ensure that our company's strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented in assigned territories.
- Sales Calls: Conduct targeted sales calls to maximize efficiency and reach high-potential sales areas.
- New Business Development: Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territories.
Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are met by our products and services.
Communication: Clearly convey information and ideas through various communication means, ensuring understanding and alignment with our customers.
Initiative: Take proactive steps to influence events and achieve goals, demonstrating self-starting behavior and a commitment to excellence.
Compliance & Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of business ethics and comply with external laws and regulations, completing required training and encouraging adherence among colleagues.
QualificationsEducation and Experience:
- A degree in Pharmacy or related Healthcare Science
- At least two to three (2 to 3) years of proven experience as a Product Specialist preferably in Aesthetics or in pharma Dermatology related area
- Mature, flexible person capable of working on his/her own initiative
- Professional approach and a good team leader and worker
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- High level of negotiation skills and extensive record of negotiation success.
- Business acumen with demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and choices.
- Crafts rigorous and innovative strategic plans, and implements plans efficiently and effectively over a time period of 2 to 3 years.
- Works collaboratively and productively within a team of highly skilled hospital representatives and sales managers.
- Experienced in C-Suite interactions: gains credibility and trust quickly with high level hospital executives.
- Ability to form relationships quickly and have demonstrable persuasive abilities.
- Highly effective communicator both orally and in writing; can get ideas across one to one and in presentations.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Strong team player and know how to collaborate and engage many stakeholders across a large organization.
- Superior relationship building skills.
- Solid negotiation and decision making skills.
- Solid analytical and numerical abilities.
