As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing organizational performance and employee motivation by managing HR policies related to recruitment, evaluation, promotion, reward, and discipline.
  • Developing proactive solutions to drive change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Planning and overseeing talent management processes, including performance reviews, workforce evaluation, development, and succession planning.

You will work closely with the HR Director to execute and drive the HR strategy for Kuwait in line with the broader business goals. This includes leading and modeling our organizational culture while being thoughtful about cultural nuances that may impact how teams work together locally and regionally.

The ideal candidate will have robust HR Business Partnering experience, strong judgment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office packages and knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.

In addition to these technical skills, you will need to be physically and mentally fit for the job and able to navigate complex and ambiguous situations. You will also need to be proficient in both Arabic and English languages and knowledgeable in local laws and regulations.

We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable in both the details and strategy, demonstrating curiosity about the business and organization overall with a desire to uplevel the partnership with the teams they support.

Key Qualifications

  • College or University Graduate (preferable higher level of education)
  • Professional Experience (5) to eight (8) years' experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within Human Resources
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable talent solutions
