Contract Manager Position

Responsibilities

The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, from preparation and issue to award, administration, and close-out. You will work closely with project management staff, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that contracts are administered in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.

Your responsibilities will include drafting Invitation to Tender packages, reviewing contract conditions, negotiating contracts, and monitoring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. You will also identify contractual problems and develop solutions to ensure timely response to clients.
