Sales Team Lead

Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement retail sales strategy internally and in conjunction with brand standards
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure showroom standard operating procedures are implemented and continuously monitored for optimization
- Verify pre-delivery inspections according to brand policies
- Ensure vehicle hand-over according to brand distributor standards
- Maintain accurate vehicle information and stock levels
- Monitor the sales pipeline and oversee vehicle ordering to ensure correct stock levels
- Apply leads management and follow-up process for current and potential customers
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with the sales team
- Provide regular reports on showroom and sales team performance
Talent Development:
- Develop a structured onboarding plan for new employees in line with AMA standards
- Establish business objectives and personal development goals, monitoring performance against agreed targets
- Keep the sales team updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends
- Determine training needs and secure suitable training for the sales team
- Provide continuous guidance, support, and feedback to subordinates
Customer Focus:
- Handle high-level customer interactions and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Review customer surveys weekly, identify trends, and develop action plans against critical feedback
- Ensure professional service is provided to every customer according to brand image
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales
- Adequate knowledge of automotive high-volume sales and showroom operations
- Sales-driven character with a proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills in team building, motivation, and interpersonal relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
