Job Summary:

  • Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team, setting objectives, and achieving sales goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) degree and minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment with comparable standards.

  • Develop a strong sales strategy to increase gym memberships.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and build positive relationships with team members and clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • College level education
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and mindset
  • Self-starter, team builder, tactful, goal-oriented, and proactive

Additional Requirements:
