- Ensure contracts and agreements are in place with all service providers, protecting the company's interests and minimizing risks.

- Lead the on-ground team to ensure smooth execution, addressing any real-time issues or concerns.
- Ensure event safety, quality control, and brand presentation are upheld to the highest standards, reflecting positively on the company.
- Post-Event Reporting
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, incorporating client feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Prepare detailed internal reports and debriefs, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for growth.
