We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our team as the Banquet and Event Executive.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of banquets and events, including catering, decor, audiovisual, and logistics. They will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional events that meet and exceed expectations.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute all aspects of banquets and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement event plans, including catering, decor, audiovisual, and logistics.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
- Proven track record of coordination, execution, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
