Senior Pilates Instructor

We are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Senior Pilates Instructor to join our team in Kuwait.

Packages:

  1. A competitive tax-free monthly salary of 900-1,000 KWD per month (approximately US$2,900-3,240)
  2. 30-40% commission on sales
  3. Bonus structure based on performance
  4. Onboarding accommodation provided for 1-2 months
  5. Full medical insurance coverage
  6. Work visa assistance
  7. 30 days paid annual leave and return flights
  8. Relocation flight support
  9. Uniforms and equipment provided

Requirements:

  1. Pilates certification from a recognized institution
  2. Proficient English language skills (Conversational level)
  3. Experience in teaching Cadillac, Barre, or Lagree is advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Pilates Instructor, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional instruction, supporting team development, and upholding our high standards. Your responsibilities include both teaching and contributing to the studio's growth and reputation.

Key Duties:

  1. Lead Instruction:
    • Conduct private and group Pilates sessions using Reformer, Mat, and other Pilates equipment.
    • Tailor programs to meet individual client needs, including those with injuries or specific goals.
    • Ensure classes are engaging, safe, and aligned with our philosophy.
  2. Mentorship and Team Support:
    • Mentor junior instructors by offering guidance, feedback, and training support.
    • Lead internal workshops or training sessions to promote continued education.
  3. Client Engagement and Retention:
    • Build strong, professional relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Monitor client progress and adapt programs accordingly.
    • Support studio events and community-building initiatives.
  4. Studio Leadership:
    • Collaborate with management on class scheduling and program development.
    • Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards in the studio.
  5. Professional Development:
    • Stay updated on Pilates industry trends, continuing education, and certifications.
    • Represent us professionally at events, workshops, or public forums.
