About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director to lead our sales, marketing, and revenue efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue per room occupied.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a focus on driving revenue growth and increasing market share. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the hotel industry.

The Commercial Director will play a key role in the Hotel Leadership team, working closely with the General Manager to achieve strategic and operational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue per room occupied;">
  • Motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales quotas;">
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve strategic and operational objectives;">
  • Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are focused on achieving maximum revenue per available room;">
  • Regularly review and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Three to five years of experience in a related position with a luxury organization;">
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Arabic languages;">
  • Thorough knowledge of all jobs in the sales and marketing division;">
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management;">
  • A high degree of professional integrity and ability to work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner;">
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule;">
  • Able to meet individual and team sales quotas;">
  • Able to maximize sales in all hotel revenue areas and implement FS sales and marketing strategies, plans, and goals.">
