Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements in alignment with company guidelines.
