Hiring Manager - Technology Industry

About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Hiring Manager to join our team in the Technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in headhunting and experience in developing and executing comprehensive search strategies.

The Hiring Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for senior leadership positions.

This includes coaching senior leadership teams on effective hiring practices, providing training on behavioural interviews and competency-based assessments, and analysing data to inform hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a search strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
  • Coach senior leadership teams on effective hiring practices and provide training on behavioural interviews and competency-based assessment.
  • Analyse data to inform hiring decisions and identify trends and patterns that impact talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in hiring processes.
  • Ensure that all interactions with candidates are positive and impactful, reflecting the company's employer brand.
  • Cultivate a passion for diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from the hiring process and ensuring that sourcing strategies underpin this goal.
  • Pursue continuous improvement in hiring processes and outcomes through feedback and evaluation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Professional experience in headhunting from a reputable search firm or in-house search function, with a deep understanding of strategies and successful sourcing of senior talent in the Technology industry.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to create learning programmes that develop their ability to identify and engage with passive talent.
  • Exposure to psychometric assessments and an appreciation of their value in the hiring process.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills to identify trends and patterns from data and proficiency with LinkedIn talent modules.
  • A high level of personal organisation to work effectively remotely.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for company events.
