Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Airport Operations Manager to lead the integrated management of our airport terminal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation and terminal management, with at least 8 years of experience running an airport terminal with P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic direction for development of yearly business and operational plans.
  2. Develop and maintain an excellent level of financial operating performance.
  3. Oversee non-aeronautical revenue generation through lease of landside and airside retail spaces.
  4. Determine and implement quality control, safety, and security policies.
  5. Oversee projects related to expanding operations and enhancing revenue streams.

Requirements and Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Aviation/Terminal Management, or equivalent accreditation by the International Association of Airport Executives (IAAE). GCC experience is a plus. Strong decision-making abilities, effective problem-solving, and negotiation skills are required. Excellent communication skills, bilingual in Arabic and English, preferred.
