Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Leaders.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and ancillary services.
  • Support customers and travel agents in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote our products and services to customers.
  • Respond to customer complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work on the reservation system and handle sales requirements.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Handle flight disruptions and communicate delays, cancellations, or schedule changes to customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Punctuality and dependability.
