This is an opportunity to lead the way in shaping the future of software and SaaS solutions. As a Sales Director, ISV Embedded Solutions, you will be responsible for driving partnerships for licensing and embedding Ubuntu and Ubuntu Pro into software and SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to prospect into ISV accounts, introduce our offerings, and help partners or potential customers develop their products to best leverage our portfolio.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive embedded support and licensing sales with ISVs.
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers and partners across all stages of the sales, customer success and support lifecycle.
  • Pursue opportunities to deepen our understanding and engagement with the open source ecosystem.
  • Create and foster partnerships that support our strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with product management to ensure the fitness and enhancement of our platforms and solutions for ISVs.
  • Establish and negotiate contracts with new and existing ISV partners and customers.
  • Develop and shape our content and messaging for ISV partners and customers.

Successful candidates will possess a strong academic background and relevant experience in the software and SaaS industry. They will have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the open source ecosystem, cloud models, and container service offerings.
