Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Analytics Specialist to join our team at Alghanim Industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

* Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic workforce planning and decision-making
* Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics
* Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and business partners to optimize workforce strategies
* Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure accurate data collection, validation, and reporting
* Support the implementation and enhancement of HR analytics tools, HRIS platforms, and reporting frameworks
* Assist in workforce planning, forecasting, and predictive analytics to align HR strategies with business objectives

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
* 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or HR reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data insights
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus but not mandatory
* Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and HR analytics best practices is preferred
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to data confidentiality
* Strong ability to work independently on unstructured assignments while delivering high-impact results
* Fluency in English and adaptability to a multicultural, fast-paced work environment
