Human Resources Generalist Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time on-site role responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee benefits and benefits administration, and overseeing HR management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as organizing employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating HR activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, knowledge of HR policies and Employee Benefits, skills in Benefits Administration, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee benefits and benefits administration
  • Oversee HR management and coordinate HR activities
  • Organize employee records and support recruitment processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification is a plus
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Benefits Administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information
