Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

United Real Estate Company is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing corporate and digital reports to increase awareness and generate a better digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute elements of the approved digital and corporate marketing plan provided by the line manager.
  • Build digital and social media calendars for all commercial and corporate accounts under URC.
  • Assess URC digital and social media platforms based on target segment studies and data.
  • Develop digital reports for all URC local and regional accounts.
  • Build a monitoring tool to ensure alignment in content, events, and tone of voice.
  • Ensure digital and social media reports are data-driven with a clear analysis and insightful rationale that will ultimately support business goals.
  • Support Commercial and Corporate units' digital accounts in building this segment with increasing followers and engagement through ongoing creative activations.
  • Ensure adherence to the corporate brand guidelines by referring to the Brand Specialist across all digital platforms.
  • Track and report the performance of all digital and social media activations, engagements, and reach.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate and Commercial teams on their social media and digital plans and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • Excellent critical thinking and listening skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and proactive to develop multimedia content.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and proficiency in multitasking.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks involving internal and external partners.

Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience in an organization with similar operations and areas of responsibility.
