Job Summary
A Digital Content Strategist for Social Media Marketing is sought by American International University in Kuwait to drive the growth of our social media presence. About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Content Strategist for Social Media Marketing. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our university's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media content calendar that showcases the university's brand and values
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including students, parents, and the general public
- Manage and maintain multiple social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform future content strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute cross-channel campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Provide translations for social media content and confidently post approved content in Arabic

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution required
- At least two years of experience in an office environment
- Proven track record in managing social media channels and creating engaging content
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Fully bilingual, fluent in Arabic and English
- Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively at all levels within the University and to the community in English
- Strong presentation, listening, and written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
