Job Description:

The Digital Media Strategist plays a pivotal role in the success of Alghanim Industries - Food And Beverage by spearheading online efforts. As an ambassador for our brand, this individual will be responsible for monitoring media activity across various social platforms and fostering relationships with customers to ensure timely responses to inquiries and service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all social media activities to maintain consistency and adherence to engagement plans
  • Monitor daily F&B brands and competitors' social media presence and websites
  • Manage day-to-day operations on multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Cultivate conversations with consumers to generate leads and content
  • Prepare and analyze reports on follower growth, engagement, and trends


Candidate Requirements:

This position requires a university degree, passion for digital trends, and strong presentation skills. The ideal candidate should possess creative writing and content creation abilities, as well as organizational and time management skills under pressure. Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English is essential, along with a proactive approach to staying updated on the latest technologies and social media trends. Additionally, basic knowledge of e-marketing and graphic design is beneficial.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is necessary, with certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management being a plus. Proven experience in managing social media for brands, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is highly desirable.
