Job DescriptionMarketing Executive – Content Creation Role

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to lead our content marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and execute a dynamic content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Content Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative content ideas, leveraging market research and competitor analysis.
  • Content Creation & Localization: Craft engaging captions, oversee translations, and adapt content for various platforms to ensure cultural relevance.
  • Social Media Engagement: Design and implement strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement on social media platforms.
  • Performance Analysis & Content Optimization: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and refine content strategies based on data insights.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management and content marketing.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, as well as proficiency in content creation tools.
