Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Create engaging and informative content that resonates with our audience, aligned with Ajar's strategic business and marketing goals.
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive conversions and engagement, ensuring a strong online presence across various channels.
    • Ensure content optimization for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility, using targeted keywords related to real estate SaaS.
    • Align all published content with brand guidelines, product specifications, and Ajar's core values.
    • Design visually appealing posts, banners, and creatives to enhance the brand's digital presence.
    • Actively participate in social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
    • Moderate social media channels by responding promptly to messages, comments, and queries to foster a positive brand image.
    • Implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of online campaigns.
    • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a social media marketing specialist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, particularly in Arabic captions.
  • Ability to craft creative stories tailored to each platform's audience.
  • Proficiency in designing visually appealing digital content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write in different tones, bringing a fresh perspective to recurring posts.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry innovations, social media trends, and web usability, with a strong interest in web and mobile technologies.
  • Highly creative, enthusiastic, and quick thinker.
  • Strong skills in moderating social media channels and fostering audience engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively visually, verbally, and in writing, with bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic preferred.
