About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. To execute against a comprehensive account plan for enterprise accounts in the region, ensuring alignment with revenue and margin targets.
  3. To establish direct relations with large accounts, articulating compelling value propositions around enterprise solutions.
  4. To work with partners to extend reach and promote brand in the territory, developing existing channel partners to improve coverage and overachieve sales targets.
  5. To identify and hire new channel partners to improve coverage, developing and executing a sales strategy to drive identified opportunities to closure.
  6. To work directly with representatives within the Pre-Sales Team and Professional Services Organization to ensure proposed solution implementation/deployment services are estimated and positioned correctly.
  7. To partner with multiple stakeholders to align programs and initiatives to help drive the growth of selling partners' portfolios.
  8. To manage relationships with vendors and decision-makers, aligning and collaborating with partners to put the right strategy in place.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the UAE and/or Gulf countries.
  • IT certifications, especially in IT security, are considered a strong additional advantage.
  • Experience selling enterprise servers & networking products, with proficiency in deal closing and negotiation skills.
  • A proven sales/overachieving track record, with direct field experience in working with large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to manage forecast/pipeline and reflect a true position with date-driven deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
