Job Summary
An experienced Accounts Professional is required to manage day-to-day tasks related to accounts, including financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a transparent financial analysis and budgeting system is in place and managed effectively.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of financial statements.
- Manage the annual external audit process to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
- Audit employee appraisals, reimbursements, salary adjustments.
- Audit and validate contracts for rent, employees, contractors.
- Conduct evaluations and provide development plans for team members.
Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Over 8 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, and other relevant software.
- Certifications in accounting (e.g., CSAM) are a plus.
- Advanced negotiation skills and ability to foster long-term customer relationships.
- Focused on identifying and acting on opportunities to drive profitability and improve business performance.
- Skilled in creating organized workflows and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
