Main Responsibilities:

  • Nurture Strong Relationships: Collaborate with field and maintenance crews, as well as other departments, to build strong relationships and promote effective communication and collaboration.
  • Sustain Equipment Excellence: Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order, following established standards and reporting any issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Promote a Safety Culture: Prioritize individual and crew work safety, adhering to HSE policies and procedures to create a culture of safety and respect.
  • Optimize Equipment Performance: Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency throughout operations.
  • Operate with Expertise: Operate equipment according to your competency level and job requirements, minimizing risks and maximizing productivity.
  • Embodiment of Best Practices: Comply with HSE policies, wear PPE, and maintain required safety training to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role is required for this position.
