This role entails defining, monitoring, and executing data governance policies. The ideal candidate will have experience with data quality, governance, and security processes and tools, as well as software development in Python and SQL.
The successful Data Governance Engineer will design, implement, and maintain data labeling and quality metrics in the data catalog. They will also deploy and operate services developed by the team, coach and mentor junior colleagues, and develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices.
